About the GIS Certificate and Degree

When are classes offered?

GIS/GPS program courses are offered in the evening and not every class is available every semester. The Diablo Valley College GIS/GPS laboratory is equipped with current industry-standard GIS and GPS hardware and software.

How long will it take to earn a certificate?

Generally, students take 18-24 months to complete the courses required for the certificate.
