The Music Building remodel is on schedule to be completed in time for fall classes. The building's large central area has been domed over to create a new, two-level, 1,000 square foot technology center. The technology center features new fiber optic infrastructure and digital workshops for multimedia, electronic and digital music. Music students can learn to play instruments, take vocal instruction, study music theory and music literature courses and much more. The department offers a large number of music performance classes and has several performing groups including:
