Faculty office hour reporting form

For all faculty:

This information is due before the start of each class so that students will be able to find you when classes begin.  Please check the UF Agreement, Article 7.8 for information on office hours and the 2014-15 Tentative Agreement for information on how to hold an online office hour if you choose that option.

For adjunct faculty:

Adjunct faculty may elect to hold office hours, they are not required to.   Please check the UF Agreement, Article 7.8 for information on paid office hours.  Paid office hours depend on semester load and payment for office hours occurs monthly. Electing to hold office hours and receiving compensation requires reporting office hours here at the beginning of the semester.  If you change your office hours, location, or contact information, or if your load increases, decreases, or you are unable to make up missed office hours, please send updates to Lisa Martin at lmartin@dvc.edu.
