Fees/Refunds
Fees
These fees must be paid
at the time of registration.
Books & Supplies: 
An estimated cost for books and supplies per semester for a full-time
student is approximately $300.00.
Enrollment:
California resident tuition is $20.00 per unit.
Non-California
Resident Tuition:
Non-resident students are charged $170.00 per unit if
they are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, plus $20 per unit enrollment tuition.
Non-residents of the United
State of America are charged $177.00 per unit, plus $20 per unit enrollment tuition.
Parking
$35.00 to purchase an automobile parking decal for the
entire term or, $20 for summer decal,
$20.00 to purchase an motorcycle parking decal for the
entire term or,
$2.00 for a daily parking ticket from one of the
dispensing machines on campus. Parking decals are good at CCC, DVC and LMC.
Parking at the new San Ramon Campus is free.
$1.00 for a clear plastic
decal display card that can be hung on a car rearview mirror and allows the
permit to be switched to a different vehicle.
Student Union Fee
$1.00 per unit or fraction up to a maximum of $10.00
per academic year is charged to pay for the Student Center. This fee is
only charged to courses held on the DVC campus.
Refunds
Enrollment fees:
Units must be dropped within the first two weeks of instruction for courses
which meet 17 weeks or more to qualify for a refund. Courses which
meet less than 17 weeks must be dropped during the first 10% of the course.
Refunds (except
non-resident tuition) will be automatically mailed to students after the
first two weeks of the term.
