Commencement exercises are held the last day of the spring semester at 7:00 p.m.  Weather permitting, the ceremony is conducted in Viking Stadium. Students who have applied for and who have met requirements for the degree are sent detailed information about graduation early in May.
 

SPRING 2008

JAN. 14 – MAR. 31, 2008 A.A./A.S. Degree and Certificate of Achievement filing period.
Applications available at www.dvc.edu or in Admissions Office.
     
JAN. 14 – APR. 14, 2008

Graduation Speaker application period.
Applications available in VP of Student Services Office or at http://www.dvc.edu/union/forms.htm

Students may apply, faculty and staff may recommend. Must be a 2007-2008 Graduate/Candidate (Summer 07, Fall 07, Spring 08).

     
MAY 19 - 23, 2008 Student Cap and Gown sales at DVC Book Center. Graduation letter sent in early May will include details.
     
MAY 23, 2008 GRADUATION CEREMONY - 7:00 PM AT Viking Stadium
