Viking Football
Welcome to Diablo Valley College ‘Viking Football’. DVC is located in Pleasant Hill, CA and has an enrollment of
over 17,000 students. Also, the school is one of the top five community colleges in the state for transfers to
four year universities.
Our football program enjoys tremendous success in matriculating student-athletes to four year schools on athletic scholarships. Over the past three years, 85% of our football players have transferred to four year schools. During this same time period, DVC has appeared in two post season bowl games, including the 37-34 victory over Orange Coast College in the 2005 East County Bowl.
Diablo Valley College football is a member of the Golden Gate Conference, which is in the Central Division of the Northern California Football Association. Conference member schools are Chabot College in Hayward, Hartnell College in Salinas, Los Medanos in Pittsburg, Modesto Junior College, West Valley College in Saratoga and DVC.
