Mar 30 Holiday - Cesar Chavez Day - College Closed
Apr 2-6 Spring Recess
Apr 30 EOPS & DSS registration begins – online/telephone only
May 2 Registration by appointment – continuing students (currently enrolled Fall 2006, Spring or Summer 2007) – online/telephone only
May 16 Registration by appointment – returning students – online/telephone only
(former DVC students who did not attend during the Fall 2006, Spring or Summer 2007 term -- must file a new application)
May 18 Registration by appointment for new transfer students – online/telephone only
May 21 Registration by appointment for students who have completed assessment/counseling orientation course – online/telephone only
May 28 Holiday– Memorial Day - College Closed
May 18-Aug 15 Registration continues for all students who were previously allowed access through appointments – online/telephone only
Jul 4 Holiday - Independence Day - College Closed
July 16 Registration for all non-matriculated students – online/telephone only
Aug 9 Registration for all Special Admit (concurrent) enrolled students in the 11th and 12th grades with an application and signed special admission form on file by August 3rd.
Aug 9-16 In Person registration – no appointment necessary – online, telephone, and in-person
Registration Hours:  Mon – Thurs – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.; Fri. 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.  (Closed on Saturday and Sunday)
Aug 16 Instruction begins Fall Semester – registration for these classes is on a space available basis – late add code or instructor signature required.
Aug 25 - 26 Most Saturday and Sunday classes begin. (Check specific course listing.)
Aug 29 Fall – Last day to ADD a course and Last day to DROP with a refund – full term courses

FINAL EXAMS: are scheduled by the instructors and are generally held on the last day of instruction.
 

Online & Telephone registration is available daily up to midnight the day before the class section begins.

Please note: Short-term course drop dates and credit/no-credit dates are calculated individually by course based on the specific number of meeting days; therefore, these dates are not included in this calendar. Add/Drop, Refund, and Credit/No-Credit dates are printed on the class roster for each course.  Check with the instructor.

Reminder: To receive a refund for a summer course, students must drop the course within 10% of the total class meetings, which in most cases, during the summer, is the first class meeting.
