College for Kids Enrollment

There will be no on-line registration for College for Kids in 2008. A form to register your child is available by clicking the link at the bottom of this page and printing the enrollment form in Microsoft Word. If you do not have access to a computer or Microsoft Word you can request a brochure by calling (925) 685-1093.

Please read the General Information and Questions Frequently Asked before registering your child(ren) for College for Kids.

Dates for Registration are as follows:

Mail in registration begins April 21, 2008.
Faxed registrations will be accepted beginning May 5, 2008. Fax to (925) 691-9246.
Registrations delivered in person will be processed after the daily mail for that day.
There is no phone registration or online registration in 2008.
Walk-in registrations begins May 27, 2008. The CFK office is located in the Faculty Office Annex (located between the library and physical science building). Park in parking lot #3 (be sure to purchase a parking permit for $2.00) off Viking Drive. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION AT THE SAN RAMON CAMPUS.
Make checks payable to Diablo Valley College.

If your child wishes to be in a class with another student or is car pooling with another student, please send registrations in the same envelope and indicate "car pooling together with ____" or "want classes with ____."

College for Kids cannot accept registration for first (12:50 pm) and third (3:10 pm) class periods (and no second period class) without a parental note indicating the parent will monitor and be responsible for the student during the second hour (2:00 pm). Diablo Valley College and San Ramon Center are open campuses and we cannot be responsible for students when they are not in class.

You can download, print and use the enrollment form below for College for Kids. The Enrollment Form is in the Microsoft Word format. If you do not have access to this format, you can call (925) 685-1093 and request a College for Kids brochure for 2008. The bottom of the form contains the Parental Consent Form.

Remember, a parental note is necessary if students are signing up for first and third period classes only. The note must indicate the parent will be responsible for the child when not in class second period.
