Orders are processed through the Marketing and Communications Office.
Please select the appropriate template for your new business cards.
In order to maintain an efficient and cost effective business card process, orders
are submitted to the printer once per month. Please see the following timeline to
know when to expect your new business cards.
- All orders received by the 23rd of each month (or next business day following the 23rd) will be processed by the last business day of that month provided that you have
approved your proof by that day. December and the month of spring break may differ.
- A GL number or payment is required before your order is considered “received”.
- Business cards will be available for pick-up in the Marketing Office no later than
the 15th of the following month. (You will receive an email notifying you when the cards are
ready for pick-up.)
- All business card orders received after the 23rd of the month will not be processed until the following cycle.

Both forms are interactive allowing you to complete the form and save it for future
reference. Complete the form then email it to Judy Klein Flynn at firstname.lastname@example.org or print two copies, and then mail or deliver both copies to DVC graphics. Please
