"Please make a Counseling appointment".   This is because the question is most likely complex and may require detailed background information, research, and/or counselor assistance.   Transcript evaluation, career and personal counseling are not available on-line.  Please make a counseling appointment for assistance with these issues.

Keep in mind that course requirements, policies and procedures are subject to change.   We recommend you meet regularly with a counselor.   

Caution:  Any information you submit is insecure and could be observed by a third party while in transit. If you are considering submitting confidential information that you would like to keep private, it would be safer for you to schedule an individual appointment.
