Counseling Center at DVC                                                  

 
1. Current or continuing student may use this service.

 
2.  Students will need to know their DVC Student ID # (social security numbers will not work). 

If you do not remember your DVC Student ID, please go to the Admissions Office or Information Center with a picture ID to obtain your number.
3.  Only DVC records will be available for this appointment. 

If you have attended other colleges/universities and want those records available at an appointment, please schedule the appointment in-person or by calling the DVC Counseling Center  (925) 685-1230 ext. 2276 or 2278or the SRVC Counseling Center (925) 866-1822 ext. 5111 or 5108.
