The DVC Scholarship is an online application called STARS. The Scholarship Application Wizard makes it easy to find scholarship funding. STARS walks students through the application process with an easy to follow Scholarship Application Wizard. In just minutes a student can submit their scholarship application and receive a customized list of scholarships best suited for them. STARS enables students to find, review, and apply for several well qualified scholarships with just a few clicks. The DVC Scholarship application filing period opens Saturday, September 1, 2012. Applications are due by 12 noon, Monday, February 4, 2013.
