HONORS
Team Scholar Award
For the fourth time in the past six years (2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007), the DVC Women's Swim Team has won the prestigious Team Scholar Award, which is awarded to one school per sport in the state each year. They were honored at the 2007 C.O.A. Convention in Ontario, California.
The award combines athletic success with a minimum team Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0. This feat of being four-time winner has never been done before in the history of California Community Colleges.

The California Community College Commission on Athletics (C.O.A.), in association with the National Alliance of Two-Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) released the final standing of the 2006-07 Pepsi/NATYCAA Cup, State Associations Division. Congratulations to the Diablo Valley College Women's Swim Team for winning this honor!
