HEAD COACH - CAILIN MULLINS
Coach Mullins came to Diablo Valley College after working as the assistant women's soccer coach at Stanford University for six seasons. Prior to Stanford, Mullins was a four-year starting goalkeeper at the University of Maryland from 1990-1993. Mullins played semi-professionally in the USWISL for the Baltimore Bays and the Sacramento Storm. She holds her USSF "B" Coaching License and NSCAA "Advanced National" Coaching Diploma.
"I am extremely happy to be coaching and teaching at Diablo Valley College," said coach Mullins. "I feel that we have an excellent environment to develop a very successful program, improve our student-athletes as soccer players, and assist them with achieving their academic goals."
Mullins completed her Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 1994, and her Master's of Science degree in Kinesiology - Skill Acquisition from California State University Hayward in 2001.

ASSISTANT COACH - OMAR CERVANTES
Coach Cervantes has been the assistant coach at DVC since 2003. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002. Cervantes plays a significant role in youth soccer in the East Bay serving as head coach for the Dougherty Valley High School boys soccer team, head coach for the CYSA Olympic Development Program in District III, and is the Director of Coaching for the new Tri-Valley Soccer Club. He holds his USSF "A" Coaching License and NSCAA National Diploma.
