What is a Short Term course? - Short on time? Only need one or two units?
Want to explore an interest without investing and entire semester? Not all courses taught at DVC are full-semester length! In fact, we offer hundreds of course that begin in September, October, November and even December.
Online schedule search for short-term/late-start courses - Use the new search filter to find courses by start date. On the newly revised search page, from the #3 drop-down menu, select short-term/late-start and you will be prompted to pick a date. The search results will show classes that start on or after the date you select.
Short term courses are offered at DVC Pleasant Hill, San Ramon Campus, Walnut Creek Center, and off-campus sites.
