IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL DVC F1 INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

SPRING 2009 SEMESTER IS THE FINAL SEMESTER THE INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS OFFICE WILL ACCEPT MEDICAL INSURANCE WAIVERS (deadline 02/13/2009). STARTING FALL 2009 INSURANCE WAIVERS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED. ALL DVC F1 INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MUST PAY THE REQUIRED MANDATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE FEE. THIS MANDATORY INSURANCE MEDICAL FEE MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN 20 DAYS AFTER THE START OF THE SEMESTER.

All International students will be paying the semester premium for mandatory insurance through the registration system. This insurance will be serviced by Wells Fargo of California Insurance Services, Inc. Please look at the insurance brochure included in your admit packet. Continuing students are familiar with this program. The insurance premium will be charged automatically and separately each semester at the time of registration (you do not need to submit enrollment form).
