Account Requests

Obtaining one of the following accounts will allow you to do a couple of things: mount a webpage or website, store data in a directory on a server, access a course management system (WebCT) for course development:

Voyager Account:  space for a web site that you have created or want to create.

To request website space, please submit the Account Request form.  For training

Personal or Shared Directory Request:

Like a giant hard drive but safer, these directories are for file storage.  To request either of the above directories, please submit the Account Request form, mindful to complete the Comment Box with the following information:

1. choice of Personal or Shared Directory
2. type of operating system 95/98 or 2000/XP
3. Pc or Mac

Accessing your Mac Directory (drive)

WebCt Account:  a pre-designed web site that has features like internal email, discussions boards, test generation, grading program, etc.  Widely used by Online/Hybrid instructors, these accounts are also available for face-to-face instructors as well.

To request a WebCt Account, visit the WebCT support page to request accounts and courses, or for support. 

If you would like training on the supported programs (FrontPage or WebCt,) associated with these accounts, email Neal Skapura or check the Staff Development Workshop's calendar for possible training days.
