There are many rooms at DVC with mounted equipment and locked AV cabinets. In order to use this equipment, instructors need to have an AV cabinet key for their particular building and room. Instructors can acquire an AV cabinet key by filling out a key request form obtained from their division office or the division office in that particular building. After the appropriate dean's approval has been given, this form is sent to Police Services who issues a key to the instructor.
Please apply for a key as soon as possible. Media Services will open the AV cabinet for you the first time or two at your request. After that you will need to have a key.
Some rooms have combination locks on small cabinets. Scheduling and Delivery can assist you with the numbers for the combination. Call x2248 or x2249.
The Weekend and Evening Offices have access to loaner keys for short term use.
