The MAIN OFFICE schedules the Forum off-hours, the Media Conference Room (L-151), and PA operators for special events. Staff also coordinates the purchasing of AV equipment and materials; catalogs, processes and maintains the collection; monitors the AV equipment inventory; keeps the accounts in order and creates reports as needed. Call the Coordinator at x2240 for information.
Sound Reinforcement & Location Video Taping
Media Services schedules operators for special events and important classroom happenings requiring PA systems with microphones, audio playback and recording.
We
also provide video taping services for major meetings, special guest speakers
and other significant events. Typical venues are the PAC, Diablo Room, Trophy Room,
Forum and the BFL Community Conference Room. There may be a charge
for this service. Call x2240 to schedule an operator.
