The MEDIA CENTER handles student requests for instructional materials and equipment. Requests are met on a first-come, first-served basis. The Center has individual and group viewing and listening areas, computers, video equipment (cameras & tripods) for those enrolled in the video production classes, audio recording and dubbing equipment. Instructors can place AV materials on reserve and also request programs to be recorded off-air. Call x2254 or x2255 for information.
The VIDEO EDITING SUITE (L103) serves the students in the video editing classes. Other equipment such as a copy stand and laminator reside here for faculty and staff use.
The CLASSROOM VIEWING ROOM (L106) can accommodate 25-30 students and features a large LCD screen with surround sound, DVD & VCR. It is scheduled and used for large group viewing, video and film production classes and emergency use when regular classroom equipment fails. To schedule, call x2254 or x2255.
