Nicole joined the faculty of Diablo Valley College in 2006; relocating from Los Angeles where she had been working regularly on stage, film and screen. Nicole began her teaching career as an adjunct faculty member at Grossmont College and at San Diego State University. Nicole holds several theatrical degrees and certificates, among them a BA in Theatre Performance (SDSU), and an MFA in Acting (FSU/Asolo Conservatory). Nicole currently co-advises the DVC Dramatic Society, serves on several campus committees, provides internship opportunities for DVC Drama students in pursuit of their Technical Theatre AA degrees, and is the Marketing Director for DVC Drama.
Nicole began her acting career at the tender age of 4, with her role as "PETE," in The Little Dragon. In high school, Nicole was an active and award-winning member of the forensics team and received several national honors. During her junior year, she overcame her fear of being publicly labeled a "drama geek," and begrudgingly became involved in the Helix High School Drama Department, thus her current acting career was born. While pursuing her academic stage degrees, she worked in local markets; TV, Film, Print and Ad and Stage. She can be seen in several acting mediums, from commercials to screen. Nicole, alongside husband Zach, penned DVC's 2008 adaptation of the Euripides' Classic: Iphegenia At Aulis; The work is currently being submitted for national publication. Nicole has been awarded several dramatic honors, ranging from Merit in Directing to Superior Performance In A Lead Role. Nicole continues to study performance aspects and drama; One day planning to achieve her PhD.

Nicole is an active member of F.A.C.C.C., Actor's Equity Association, SAG(e), maintains membership at Willow Spring Church in Moraga, CA, and works locally with a variety of community service groups, providing outreach services to children and Bay Area charity organizations.
