How to cancel/change an appointment:
1) Log in with your student ID number and birthdate, just as you did to make your appointment.
2) Click on View or Cancel Appointments
3) Select the appointment you wish to cancel and click OK
4) If you wish to reschedule then you will need to search for a new appointment time
