Computer Science Department - free programming resources

The Computer Science department offers a variety of free resources to promote student learning outside of the classroom: free software, how-to's, and tutoring. Here's how to access these resources:

Face-to-face tutoring
The tutor is Yosuf Ebrat. His office is in the Computer Center, room L-145. There is a signup sheet on his door. His hours are as follows:

 

  • Mondays 10am-3pm
  • Tuesdays 8am-5pm
  • Wednesdays 10am-3pm
  • Thursdays 8am-5pm


Students' first resource for face-to-face help is their instructor, during their class' scheduled lab period (or in the case of Comsc-100, during the "lab by arrangement" hours). Students needing additional help may seek the help of our tutor.
