Online Counseling Appointment System
You have indicated that you have attended another college/university.
Please stop by the DVC Counseling Center or call our office (925-969-2140) to schedule your counseling appointment.
The staff will need to know your;
- Student ID #
- Name of colleges/universities that you have attended
- We need your official transcript(s) on file when you schedule your appointment. Have them sent to DVC Admissions Office, 321 Golf Club Road, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 at least two weeks before you contact the Counseling Center to schedule your appointment.
- What type of evaluation is needed - AA/AS Degree, Transfer to State or Transfer to UC college/university, or Private College
- What your major is
