Welcome to Disability Support Services (DSS)
DSS is a program that is designed to ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to all of the educational offerings at Diablo Valley College. We facilitate equal opportunity through the provision of appropriate support services, curriculum, instruction and adaptive technology.
Student steps to DSS enrollment:
- Apply to DVC
- Apply for DSS Services
- Submit documentation of disability to the DSS office in the Student Services Center room 202 B or via email to sugarcia@dvc.edu.
- Schedule an appointment with a DSS counselor in the Counseling Center (925-685-1230 X2276).
- Sign up for eligible accommodations at DSS office.
