Erin Blythe Sanders
I’m a Bay Area native, who received her degrees in Liberal Arts and Humanities from San Francisco State University and has since been teaching at DVC and SFSU. Being at DVC is a homecoming for me, as my interest in the Humanities was sparked by my very first Humanities class at a local Community College.
My courses often focus on American culture, censorship issues and how the concept of ‘vice’ is represented in the arts. My goal is to get each and every student excited about the fact that they are involved with the Humanities on a daily basis.
I have truly enjoyed my first few semesters at DVC and hope to be with DVC students for years to come.
