Application for Fall 2010 Dental Hygiene Program
Filing Period January 1, 2010 through February 15, 2010
Application to the program:
Entrance into the program is very competitive. The majority of applicants selected for enrollment into the Dental Hygiene program maintain at least a 3.0 GPA in the following prerequisite courses and in their Associate in Arts, or Associate in Science degree courses.

A complete application packet must be postmarked on, or before, February 15, 2010 and include all documentation in one envelope (information received in separate mailings will not be considered). In late April, applicants will be notified of tentative acceptance, or non-acceptance, for enrollment into the Dental Hygiene program.
Completed application packets may be hand delivered or mailed. If mailed, the packet must be postmarked no later than February 15, 2010, using a Certificate of Mailing (from the Post Office).
