Information Technology suggests the following when seeking help on the Microsoft Office suite:

1. Use the Help Menu within the Microsoft programs. In MS 2007, when a program is open, look for the question mark symbol in the upper-right corner. Once clicked, you will be able to use the Search option or the Help Index.

2. Use Microsoft's Support website:

PC-specific: http://support.microsoft.com/select/?target=hub

Mac-specific: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/help.mspx

3. Conduct a Google search.

4. Go to Staff Development drop-in (AB 217) on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday between 11-2 and/or contact Neal Skapura or Jeanette Peavler directly.
