DVC Librarians are available to assist students, faculty and staff in their research needs. Librarians have expertise in research techniques, database searching and information sources, and can be consulted when you need assistance.
There are two ways to contact a librarian for assistance:
In Person: Come to library's Reference Desk. A librarian is available at the desk to assist you during the library's open hours:
Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday, 12-4 p.m.
By Phone: Speak with a Reference Librarian on the telephone at (925) 685-1230, ext. 2246 during the library's open hours.
