| This course explores the body's adaptations to exercise and teaches students how to develop fitness programs to maximize these strength and conditioning adaptations. The information presented is valuable for students interested in professions such as personal training, physical therapy, athletic training/sports medicine, teaching and coaching, as well as for people who just want to improve their own fitness level or athletic performance.
