CO-FUNDING
Permanent Classified employees of the Contra Costa Community College District have several sources of funding for conferences, course work and other appropriate learning and educational activities. Information and applications are available on the CCCCD Intranet at https://gryphon.4cd.net/human_resources/classifiedemployees/Educational%20Programs%20for%20Local%201%20Members.pdf

You are encouraged to apply for all applicable sources of funding. Please include all sources of funding you applied for, even if they are pending, on your Staff Development funding application. Although you can combine funding, your total funding from all sources cannot exceed your total expenses.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note that a two-tier funding allocation system will be put into place for subsequent years in order to make the distribution of funds more equitable. Anyone receiving partial or full classified development conference funding for a given calendar year will be placed into a secondary group for the following year. Applicants in this group will only be considered if funding is still available after other qualified applicants have been screened. Availability of funding in the future is not guaranteed, so plan accordingly.
