• The Help section within a WebCT course is very good. It is page specific so if you are looking for information on Mail for example, click on the Mail link and then click on Help on the upper tool bar.
• Drop-in hours are available in Staff Development between 11-2 on Monday and Tuesday during each semester.
• Flex Workshops and the Summer Technology Institute are annual events where faculty and staff can receive overviews and training.
