"Through Piranha Pool, I really learned each step of creating a professional business
plan, and I am sure that this will benefit me in my career!"

"The Piranha Pool competition was challenging, rewarding and a truly remarkable learning
experience. The staff and mentors involved all went above and beyond. They gave you
all the support anyone could ask for without stifling students' creativity. Anyone
who is serious about entrepreneurship and a student at DVC should consider participating
in the Pool! The prize money is nice too."

real working professionals, and widen my knowledge and understanding about crafting
a business plan. This competition also provided a variation to my coursework which
is refreshing. Take the first step, before you know it, you might just be addicted!"

"I was honored to be a business mentor for a student team in the Piranha Pool 2020
program. The experience for me was fantastic and working with the team was so rewarding.
I only wish there was such a program back when I was starting my first business. I
was able to share my experiences as an entrepreneur to help the team realize their
business objectives."
