Neil Pettijohn

Faculty - Humanities and Philosophy, Pleasant Hill Campus

Neil Pettijohn has been a part-time philosophy instructor at DVC since 2017. He earned his M.A. in Philosophy from San Francisco State University in 2014, where he focused on the neopragmatism of Robert Brandom and on the Pittsburgh School of Philosophy more generally. He currently teaches courses in ethics, aesthetics, and logic and is interested in philosophical issues that bridge that so called analytic and continental divide.
