Online Counseling Appointment System

You have indicated that you need to schedule an EOPS or one-hour counseling appointment.

If you need to schedule an Extended Opportunity Programs and Services appointment, START or CalWORKs appointment - send an email. 

Students who are on Dismissal - please send an email to Carissa Urbalejo.  You must first attend a workshop before an appointment can be scheduled.

If you have attended other colleges, please call our office and request a transcript evaluation appointment (925-969-2140).  Your official transcripts must be on file in the Admissions Office.

Appointments - are very limited in the summer.  We are currently booked through July.

• We are currently out of summer appointments - we are booked through July.  ESARS is turned off in the summer.  Please check our website in July for updates.   We will begin to schedule Fall appointments on August 17 for the week of August 31. 

When the fall appointments become available the staff will need to know your:

• Student ID number
• Purpose of the visit?
  • Dismissal - reinstatement
  • EOPS 70 unit evaluation
  • Financial Aid Appeal – Maximum Time Frame appointment
  • Veteran – Ed plan
• Name of the colleges/universities that you have attended.
  • We need your official transcript(s) on file when you schedule your appointment. Have them sent to:

    Please send at least two weeks before you contact the Counseling Center to schedule your appointment.
• What type of evaluation is needed?
  • AA/AS degree
  • Transfer to state or UC or private/out of state college
  • Certificate
• What is your major or educational goal?
