Submit your application at least 30 days before your event.

  3. Prepare Required Documents

Attach the following to your application:
    • Certificate of Insurance with $1,000,000 minimum coverage, naming the college and district as additional insured. We will request this when needed.

  4. Await Approval

Your application will be reviewed, and you may need to adjust details or meet additional conditions (e.g., hiring security). Approved applications will result in a Facilities Use Permit, which you must have during your event.

  7. Host Your Event

Ensure your event stays within the permitted timeframe and complies with college policies (e.g., no alcohol or gambling equipment). Leave the facility clean and in good condition.

  8. Follow Up

Please submit feedback or address any issues you may have after your event. Note that part of the rental profits supports facility maintenance.
