Resource allocation is the process through which Diablo Valley College prioritizes and invests its financial, human, technological, and physical resources to support student success and institutional effectiveness.
Guided by the college’s mission, Educational Strategic Plan, and program review findings, resource allocation helps ensure that limited resources are aligned with institutional priorities, operational needs, and opportunities to advance equitable student outcomes. Through a transparent and collaborative process, DVC uses evidence and broad stakeholder input to make informed decisions that strengthen programs, services, and the student experience.
