Welcome to Diablo Valley College’s Community Education program! 

Community Education ProgramsIt is our pleasure to serve the central Contra Costa County community by offering classes and programs that provide you and your family with opportunities to learn, grow, and develop.

Diablo Valley College Community Education is a self supporting, not-for-credit program that offers a variety of enrichment and continuing education classes and events to community members.

Community Education (CE) programs are:

  • self supporting
  • fee-based,
  • short-term,
  • not-for-credit,
  • last from one day to several weeks and
  • open to all.

How to register

Our classes are available to anyone who registers online or with our office at DVC. Here's four easy ways to register: 

  • Online (24/7 access): Register and pay (Credit card payment only)
  • Mail: Registration form
  • Phone: 925-969-4600 (Credit card payment only)
  • In-person: Diablo Valley College, 321 Golf Club Road, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523, Office L-146

You do not need to be a credit student at the college. Classes offered through Community Education are not funded with tax dollars. Your enrollment fees keep this valuable program going.
