Carla Molina-Campos is the Dean of Enrollment Services at Diablo Valley College, where she leads a comprehensive range of services, including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Welcome and Connect Services, and the International Student Office. In her role, she is dedicated to advancing student success through the development and implementation of initiatives that ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes while providing robust support for students.
With over 18 years of experience in higher education, Dean Molina-Campos has cultivated a deep connection to the Contra Costa Community College District, beginning as a student before transitioning into various leadership positions within the district. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from CSU East Bay and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California.
A strong advocate for student engagement and retention, Dean Molina-Campos takes great pride in fostering programs that connect students to the resources and support systems they need to succeed. She is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to enhance access to education and create an inclusive, supportive environment for all students.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dean Molina-Campos enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new destinations, and reading.
