Professor Najarro earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Loyola Marymount University in the Los Angeles area.
With a passion for business and innovation, Professor Najarro has had an illustrious career working at AT&T. His expertise lies in Accounting, Information Technology, and Project Management areas.
Prior to joining DVC, Professor Najarro served as an Adjunct Professor with Ohlone College and Las Positas College teaching classes like Financial and Managerial Accounting. He is a tenured professor at Diablo Valley College and serves as the Computer Information Systems (CIS)/ Computer Sciences/ Business/ Economics/ Department Chair at the San Ramon Campus of DVC. He was the Business Administration and Economics area lead at SRC for several years.
In his personal life, Professor Najarro enjoys traveling internationally, immersing himself in the rich history of European regions. He cherishes spending quality time with his two children and wife, often engaging in activities that strengthen their bond and create lasting memories.
