Keri DuLaney-Greger has been a full-time professor at Diablo Valley College since 1998, teaching courses in composition, literature, critical thinking, and creative writing. She began her academic journey at Long Beach City College before earning a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Philosophy from UC Irvine. She holds an M.A. in English Literature from San Diego State University, where she also earned a Certificate in Applied Linguistics.
Keri has recently completed DVC’s Peer Online Mentorship Program (POMP), specializing in student-centered online instruction, and has earned a Certificate in Online Teaching from CSU East Bay. She has also played an active role in curriculum development, focusing on composition courses for multilingual students. Beyond the classroom, she mentors students in the Puente Program, as well as incoming faculty, and she currently serves as DVC’s Academic Senate representative at large, advocating for both faculty and students. She is an active member of the Bay Area Writing Project and has published poetry in their online journal, Digital Paper.
