Lindsay Kong

Dean, Accreditation Liaison Officer and Institutional Effectiveness

Lindsay Kong has worked with students in multiple capacities: as an administrator, coordinator, advisor, and teacher. Throughout her time at DVC, Lindsay has been a dedicated contributor to the college community and advocate for equitable student success. She feels fortunate to have worked within the college in multiple capacities, including as an EOPS coordinator, a student services program manager, and currently as the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation. Prior to joining DVC, she taught high school science and directed an independent study high school program.
 
Lindsay holds a BS in Biology from MIT, a MS in Biology from UC San Diego, and a MA in Counseling with an emphasis in College Student Services from St. Mary’s College. She also previously held a Secondary Teaching Credential in Science from SFSU.
 
In her non-working hours, you can find Lindsay chasing soccer balls and experimenting in the kitchen.
