Requests for official transcripts are fulfilled by our partner, Credentials Solutions. Requests are made online directly through the InSite link. After login, click on the tile that reads "Grades-Transcripts". If you need instructions on how to login to InSite, view our login assistance page. For online requests, after login, go to the "Grades-Transcripts" tile. You can also request transcripts directly through Credentials Solutions.
Credentials Solutions offers the following processing times and fees for official transcripts:
Standard Request: $7.50 (7-10 business days)
Rush Request: $7.50, plus $10.00 processing fee. 24 hours if order is placed before 3:00pm PST; 48 hours if order is placed after 3pm PST. Pick-up is only available at the Pleasant Hill campus.
If you require assistance, please contact the Credentials Solutions Customer Service Department at 1-847-716-3005. If you are calling in regards to an existing order, please have your 9-character Order Number available when you call. Customer Service hours of operation are 7:00am-7:00pm (CT), Monday-Friday. Admissions and Records Office offers One-hour Express service at Pleasant Hill and San Ramon.
Express Request: $7.50 plus $25.00 processing fee. Orders must be placed and picked up in-person at least one hour prior to Admissions and Records closing; photo ID is required to request and pick-up transcripts.
Free enrollment verifications are available through InSite 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Request a verification in the Academic Services menu by clicking Enrollment Verification. You will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse for processing.
To request an enrollment verification from the Admissions and Records office you must submit an enrollment verification request form. Request forms are available in the office or on our forms page. You may submit a request in person by or mail. Please fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms may cause a delay in processing. Please be sure to sign the request; your signature is required to process a verification.
Standard service – $2 (first two free within the District) , 3-5 business days
Rush service - $5, 24 hours
A photo ID is required to order and pickup enrollment verifications. To have a 3rd party order/pickup your verification, you must provide them with a signed letter of authorization. They will be required to show a photo ID.
The letter of authorization should have the following information:
Your name, student id number, date of birth, address, telephone number, your signature.
Also include the name of the person you are authorizing and where you want the verification to be mailed, if applicable.
