This event, co-sponsored by the Social Justice Speaker Series, will feature artist Olivia Levins Holden unveiling her student portrait series, Threads. These portraits were commissioned by the library's Friends of Bob Durand fund and were created through a collaborative process with DVC students who reflected on the meaning and impact of the library in their DVC journey. Two of the students featured in the portraits will also speak. We are pleased that our supporters from Marathon Renewables will be in attendance, and we will be recognizing them for their support of the library’s student lounge furniture. We hope you can join us for this celebration of student voices and community partnerships.
