DVC FKCE offers free, public training and support for resource families, adoptive families, and professionals working with children, including RFA Pre-Service, continuing education, and The Heritage Project. Participants gain certificates meeting state and county requirements, with expert-led sessions on essential caregiving topics.

DVC offers free online tutoring through NetTutor, providing immediate assistance, Q&A, and paper reviews for students. This service is available during nights, weekends, and holidays. Students can access NetTutor through Canvas, ensuring academic support is readily available for remote learning needs.
