Public Health

The public health program prepares students to promote community health, prevent disease, and pursue careers in health education, advocacy, public safety, or transfer to four-year schools.

Computer Network Technology

This program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to design, install and maintain computer networks. Get well-prepared for careers in network administration, information and communication technology and cybersecurity.

Business

DVC's business program prepares you for a variety of careers, in business, finance, entrepreneurship, management, or real estate. We offer entrepreneurship certificates in the arboriculture, cannabis, music industry nursery and greenhouse, and personal training spaces.

English as a Second Language

DVC offers English as a second language (ESL) classes to help you with your English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Work Experience (WRKX) Program

Earn units for paid, volunteer, or intern work while gaining career skills through Work Experience Education.

Music Industry Studies

The music industries program teaches recording, marketing, and distribution, preparing students for careers in music production, composition, business, commercial music, audio visual technology and sound engineering.

Kinesiology

The kinesiology program teaches human movement, fitness and wellness, preparing students for careers in sports, coaching, fitness training, athletic training, rehabilitation, physical therapy, personal training, sports medicine, yoga and other health fields.
