The CARE Program provides support services to assist single parents who are participating in CalWORKs/TANF, and are currently receiving county financial aid either for his/herself or his/her child or children.
DVC’s Foster and Kinship Care Education program supports foster, adoptive, and relative caregivers with education and resources to meet the needs of children in foster care, fostering safe, nurturing family environments.
