As a high school senior, Stephanie Ramos Navarro had no idea what she wanted out of life. She was certain that she wanted to pursue an education but was unclear which direction to take. And she was about to be the first (out of 32 grandchildren) in her family to set foot on a college campus. Stalking
Stalking is defined as "Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows or willfully and maliciously harasses another person and who makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family is guilty of the crime of stalking".

Accreditation Advisory Group (AAG)
To remain accredited, every seven years DVC completes a comprehensive self-evaluation and submits a written report to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. The Accreditation Advisory Group guides the process of developing the report.
