DVC does not yet offer an ethnic studies degree or certificate, but it does students prepare for upper level degrees in ethnic studies, social justice and LGBTQ studies.
Journalism
The DVC journalism program teaches news writing, reporting, and digital storytelling, preparing students for careers in print, online, and broadcast media.
Art
Looking for a creative career? We'll prepare you to work right away or to pursue future study. Come join our vibrant artist community in our brand new art complex. Areas of study include photography, studio arts, art history, ceramics, painting, drawing and printmaking.

Business Real Estate
DVC's business real estate program prepares you for jobs as a real estate salesperson, appraiser, commercial real estate broker & more. We can help you get your real estate license too!
Administration of Justice
The DVC Administration of Justice Program prepares students for careers in the criminal justice system, whether as civilians or as sworn federal, state, or local officers. Other options include crime scene investigation, intelligence analysis, law and public policy, public safety and advocacy.
