DVC's Biological science program prepares you for a range of opportunities, including transfer to a four-year university, entry-level jobs in labs or healthcare, public health, life science and allied health, and foundational knowledge in biology, critical thinking, and scientific research methods.

Engineering Technology

Engineering Technology provides students with insights into industrial tech requirements and provides hands-on experience to develop entry-level job skills. Subjects include civil design drafting, machining, industrial maintenance and mechanics, CAD, industrial automation and robotics, rapid prototyping and 3D printing.

Oceanography

The oceanography program explores marine ecosystems, ocean processes, and human impacts, preparing students for careers discovering the complex stories of the Earth's oceans.
